The service
Zhora AI Studio (“Zhora”) is a listing-photo studio for individual sellers. You upload garment photos; Zhora generates on-model listing shots you can export for marketplaces and your own shop. Looks use AI-generated (synthetic) models. Zhora is listing-photo automation, not a live model booking or photography studio.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account and for garment photos you upload. Only upload photos you have the right to use.
Plans and fair use
Free and Pro plans include generate limits shown in the app (UTC day). Image exports are free on Free and Pro. We may pause or throttle use that harms other sellers or the generators. Paid plans on iOS and Android are billed through the App Store or Google Play; web purchases may not be available in every build.
Looks and listings
Generated looks can misread fabric, prints, or fit. Check every image before you list it. Marketplaces may reject AI-generated images; their rules control your listings, not these terms. You keep rights in your garment photos. We need a license to process them and generate looks for you. Do not present synthetic models as a real identified person.
Export ownership
When you successfully export a look, these grants apply and are recorded as true:
• seller_commercial_catalog_use — You may use the exported look commercially in your catalog listings.
• seller_may_download_export — You may download and export the look files you generated.
• zhora_store_to_operate — Zhora may store the look and inputs to operate the service.
• zhora_use_to_improve — Zhora may use the look and inputs to improve the service.
• likeness_licensed_only_in_this_look — Catalog identity likeness is licensed to you only as embodied in that exported look, not as a transferable model release for unrelated uses.
• synthetic_photography — The look is synthetic photography.
Accepting account or garment-photo upload terms alone does not complete export ownership. You must accept these generate/export terms before a successful ownership transfer.
Acceptable use
Do not use Zhora for illegal content, to impersonate a real person, or to attack the service. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as-is. We do not warrant that a look will sell an item, match a studio photograph, or be accepted by a marketplace. To the extent the law allows, Zhora is not liable for lost listings, lost profits, or indirect damages. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
