What we collect

Account data (name or shop name, email, password hashes or the identity provider’s tokens), garment photos you upload, model/pose/background choices, generated looks, plan and export-ledger data, and device-local preferences such as theme and remembered email. Looks you keep in the library are stored with your account so they are available on every device you sign in on. A copy may also stay on the device for offline use.

How we use it

We use this data to run your account, generate on-model listing shots, send verification and password-reset email, enforce plan limits, and keep the studio working. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your garment photos to advertise Zhora without your ask.

Processors

We host the app on cloud infrastructure in the United States and use email, storage, and image-generation processors solely to provide the service. Store purchases, when enabled, go through Apple, Google, or the billing provider wired in that build.

Retention and rights

We keep account and job records while your account is open and for a short period after closure to operate security and billing. You can request access or deletion of account data by writing through https://zhorastudio.com. Looks in your library are deleted when you clear them from the app. Uninstalling the app does not delete looks stored with your account.

Cookies and local storage

The web app stores a session and, if you choose Remember me, your email on this device. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on zhorastudio.com.
